Unused & Unopened Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lalevanatural.com
within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
