SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST on a business day will typically ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or promotional events.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping (U.S. only): Delivers in 3–8 business days. A flat rate of $10 applies. Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (excluding taxes).
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Orders shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories may ship via USPS Priority/First Class. Certain restrictions apply.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding international service in the future.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate. You may check the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
4. Delivery Issues
Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please allow at least 2 business days for the carrier to complete an investigation before contacting Customer Care at [info@lalevanatural.com]. Missing package claims must be submitted within 15 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at [info@lalevanatural.com] with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll love your Laleva products as much as we loved making them. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Full-sized, unopened and unused products purchased directly from www.lalevanatural.com may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong item or a defective product).
Gift cards, promotional items, and limited-edition sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or for assistance, please contact our customer care team at info@lalevanatural.comwith your order number and details of your request. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
6. Return Process

Carefully repackage the item(s) with the return authorization included.
Ship the package using the carrier of your choice, unless provided a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining the receipt for proof of shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 10–14 business days.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
8. Abuse of Policy
We continuously review return and refund activity to ensure fair use of our policies. Laleva reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or decline a return or to apply a processing fee if we determine that our return policy has been misused or abused.
All such determinations are final and not subject to appeal. While we are not required to disclose the basis for these decisions, customers will be notified if a refund request is declined due to return policy abuse.
Please note that unauthorized returns or those that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be refunded and may be responsibly recycled or disposed of.
Laleva is not responsible for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs once an order has been delivered to a freight or forwarding company. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for such shipments.If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the forwarding carrier, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.
